Homemade Sweetbread

What You’ll Need:

1 cup milk
1 room-temperature egg
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:

Warm up the milk in the microwave until it is warm (roughly 110 degrees) and place in bread maker along with the egg and butter.

Next, evenly coat the wet ingredients with the flour. Then evenly distribute the sugar, and salt over top of the flour. Lastly, sprinkle the yeast over top.

Adjust your bread maker to the 1-1 ½ pound bread setting, select the sweet bread option, and hit start!

In about 3 hours you’ll have a perfect loaf of bread ready in your bread maker. Be sure to remove the pan from your bread maker as quickly as possible. Leave it to cool for about 20 minutes, and then remove from the pan to cool completely.
